Se trata de uma iniciativa do prefeito Eduardo Campos que visa possibilitar que contribuintes, pessoas f\u00edsicas ou jur\u00eddicas, regularizem suas pend\u00eancias fiscais com o munic\u00edpio de forma facilitada.<br \/>\nO Projeto de Lei Complementar de autoria do Poder Executivo, aprovado pelos vereadores e que j\u00e1 est\u00e1 em vigor, abrange cr\u00e9ditos tribut\u00e1rios e n\u00e3o tribut\u00e1rios, constitu\u00eddos ou n\u00e3o em d\u00edvida ativa, ajuizados ou n\u00e3o, inclusive aqueles provenientes de contratos administrativos, descumprimentos de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es principais ou acess\u00f3rias, ou parcelamentos anteriores n\u00e3o quitados. Poder\u00e3o ser inclu\u00eddos os d\u00e9bitos cujo fato gerador tenha ocorrido at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2024.<br \/>\nOs contribuintes j\u00e1 podem ter acesso a condi\u00e7\u00f5es especiais de pagamento, com descontos expressivos em multas e juros, conforme a forma de quita\u00e7\u00e3o: Pagamento \u00e0 vista: 50% de desconto na multa por infra\u00e7\u00e3o e isen\u00e7\u00e3o total da multa de mora e dos juros morat\u00f3rios. Parcelamento em at\u00e9 3 vezes: 40% de desconto na multa por infra\u00e7\u00e3o e 90% de desconto na multa de mora e dos juros morat\u00f3rios.
