A divulga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 mais um servi\u00e7o prestado pelo Procon e objetiva dar conhecimento ao consumidor goiano sobre as empresas que mais infringem o C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor (CDC).<\/p>\n<p>A lista \u00e9 denominada \u201cRanking Atendimentos\u201d \u00e9 composta por atendimentos preliminares, simples consultas, cartas de informa\u00e7\u00e3o preliminares (CIP\u2019s), solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de c\u00e1lculos, fiscaliza\u00e7\u00f5es, pr\u00e9-atendimentos de problemas que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o resolvidos pelo Procon (Extra Procon), e tamb\u00e9m as reclama\u00e7\u00f5es, ou seja, os atendimentos que se transformaram em processo e j\u00e1 tramitam dentro do \u00f3rg\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>As empresas de telefonia lideram o ranking, sendo a Vivo (Telef\u00f4nica Brasil S.A.) a empresa com mais reclama\u00e7\u00f5es, seguida pela Oi, Energisa, Claro e Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal.<\/p>\n<p>O \u00f3rg\u00e3o quer fazer com que os consumidores avaliem os riscos ao contratar uma determinada empresa.
