A regi\u00e3o norte vem recebendo melhorias e os servi\u00e7os avan\u00e7am. No bairro Residencial Ponta Por\u00e3 1, os trabalhos est\u00e3o em fase de conclus\u00e3o e os moradores comemoraram a benfeitoria. O prefeito H\u00e9lio Peluffo vem acompanhando de perto toda a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das obras.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEssa semana damos prosseguimento \u00e0s frentes de pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o asf\u00e1ltica no Estoril, S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o e Residencial I, enquanto prosseguem as drenagens que preparam a pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o na Rua Bras\u00edlia, Flamboyant e Bosque de Ponta Por\u00e3. Diariamente tenho acompanhado a execu\u00e7\u00e3o, monitorando a qualidade e a t\u00e9cnica que garante a durabilidade dos investimentos. Temos que aproveitar bem o tempo que cada vez, parece, passa mais r\u00e1pido\u201d, atesta o prefeito H\u00e9lio Peluffo, que vem vistoriando todas as etapas dos trabalhos.<\/p>\n<p>O prefeito H\u00e9lio Peluffo anunciou pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o asf\u00e1ltica para mais seis bairros e est\u00e3o recebendo asfalto, cal\u00e7ada e meio fio s\u00e3o 100% do Residencial Ponta Por\u00e3 1, Bosque de Ponta Por\u00e3, S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o, Jardim Estoril, Flamboyant e S\u00e3o Rafael. O Residencial Ponta Por\u00e3 1 recebe pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de todas as vias, melhorando significativamente a qualidade de vida dos moradores.<\/p>\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos dias, o bairro S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o vem recebendo a pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e3o aguardada pelos moradores. Acompanhado do presidente da C\u00e2mara, vereador Candinho Gab\u00ednio e do Coordenador de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Institucionais, Raphael Modesto, o prefeito H\u00e9lio Peluffo visitou o canteiro de obras.<\/p>\n<p>MAIS BAIRROS \u2013 Os trabalhos de infraestrutura segue para v\u00e1rias regi\u00f5es da cidade. A Prefeitura de Ponta Por\u00e3 est\u00e1 iniciando mais uma grande obra de infraestrutura urbana e qualidade de vida, aplicando R$ 2,5 milh\u00f5es nas obras de pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o asf\u00e1ltica e drenagem de \u00e1guas pluviais no Bairro Residencial Flamboyant, alcan\u00e7ando as ruas Mission\u00e1ria Maria, Sergio Ant\u00f4nio Duarte, Rosa Setzu C. Uemura, Cinco, Rosa Vermelha, Pedro Paschoal Colman, Doze e Treze, numa extens\u00e3o de 2.808,79m.<\/p>\n<p>No Jardim Estoril, s\u00e3o 3.796m de asfalto, j\u00e1 no Bosque de Ponta Por\u00e3 foram
